Known locally as "the piano man," Craig Emmerich performs standards and jazz music with the locally acclaimed band, Middle Street Moods.
Drawing from nearly three decades of seasoned experience in the New Bern, North Carolina real estate market and the New Bern, North Carolina business community, Craig Emmerich provides “home town service” with world class business savvy. New Bern’s Best Agent, Craig has held numerous distinguished real estate titles over his career, including: “Million Dollar Producer” and Chairman of the “Million Dollar Roundtable.”

She takes charge as Chief Operations Officer for Craig's RealTeam. In this role, she oversees and manages activities of Craig's RealTeam.
A longtime resident of New Bern, North Carolina, Ellen understands the needs of buyers, sellers, and investors, and she has extensive knowledge of property values for New Bern North Carolina real estate. Ellen has a unique perspective on North Carolina real estate investing, since she was inspired to enter the real estate field after successful endeavors as a real estate investor.

A native North Carolinian, Arnie was first licensed in Florida in 1984. A true ‘people person,’ Arnie enjoys talking to people and interacting with people in the community. That is what makes him such a great real estate agent.
Along with his intensive training through Keller Williams’ state-of-the-art real estate seminars and training materials, Arnie has totally immersed himself in ongoing professional development in the real estate field. He simply wants to stay abreast of the latest tools, techniques, and technology in order to provide optimum representation for sellers. Arnie has a Master's Degree in Business Administration.

A North Carolina native, Keever is very familiar with the Eastern North Carolina housing market. Her in-depth knowledge of the area gives her insight into which communities and subdivisions buyers may be most interested in. As Special Projects Director for Craig's RealTeam, Tracy draws from extensive experience in the real estate field to excel. Among her many obligations, Tracy researches and produces Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) for our clients. A CMA gives an estimated sale price for a property given current market conditions.
Tracy has a great deal of client contact since she personally greets out of town guests and arranges hospitality. From parties to catering events, you may find Tracy’s first class organizational skills at play in Craig's RealTeam activities. Tracy heads up all aspects of real estate closings and is a master of “details.” She leaves no stone unturned so there are no surprises at our closings. From closing coordination and the final “walk through” of the property immediately prior to closing, Tracy’s keen eye is on the details. She also follows up with clients after closing to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
As a vital part of Craig's RealTeam, Tracy Muse is very knowledgeable in ‘what it takes’ to make every real estate transaction a grand success. Tracy and her husband have three children. They reside in New Bern, North Carolina. |

Performing the role of Marketing Director for Craig's RealTeam, Yvonne Guy is founder and co-founder of several businesses. Yvonne’s background includes extensive experience in the marketing arena. Highly skilled in real estate, Yvonne loves her role as Marketing Director for the Craig's RealTeam. A real estate broker, she focuses her specialized real estate knowledge on marketing strategies and business development for Craig's RealTeam.

Over the course of her career, she developed a particular specialty in Internet marketing. Born in Ireland, Yvonne is fluent in Gaelic and English and she adeptly engages in cross-cultural communication. A professional writer and copywriter, Sally Morton is Senior Writer for Craig's RealTeam. Sally produces web site copy, advertising copy, press releases, letters, articles, newsletters, newspaper announcements, and lifestyle articles for Craig's RealTeam and our clients. Sally also works with the IT Manager and other team members to create informational products in a wide range of media from print to Internet.
A large part of Sally’s responsibilities are centered on research. She researches schools, neighborhoods, historical facts, average prices of homes, demographics, census data, parks and recreations facilities, shopping, real estate and marketing subjects, etc. All that research is geared toward providing the latest available statistics and accurate, timely facts for Craig's RealTeam’s clients, the patrons of our websites, and our extensive mailing partners.
A lifelong North Carolina native, Sally has one son, who also makes his home in the Eastern North Carolina area.

As Administrative Assistant for Craig's RealTeam, Paula Morrone attends to a wide range of duties to keep things flowing smoothly in Craig's RealTeam office. Responsible for preparation and mailing of letters, postcards, and emails, Paula draws from key organizational and prioritization skills to succeed.
Our clients appreciate Paula’s work in providing laminated copies of special newspaper announcements, and her friendly, efficient phone etiquette in relaying calls and messages. Knowledgeable in area advertising practices, Paula is responsible for Craig's RealTeam’s media kits for advertising and she is in constant contact with vendors. Paula also assumes responsibility for database entry for Craig's RealTeam and for our clients. Paula worked 12 years within the defense industry as an administrative assistant, enhancing her knowledge and skills in the integral role she performs with Craig's RealTeam.

A talented Webmaster, John Lara specializes as IT Manager for Craig's RealTeam. He enjoys the challenges and rewards of creating WebPages for Craig's RealTeam and their clients. John also heads the in-house graphics department, where he produces artwork, graphics and designs for marketing materials, newsletters, postcards, and websites.
His most important responsibility with Craig's RealTeam is keeping the multiple websites of this high-tech agency in first class working order! John also makes changes and uploads content to the Web for Craig's RealTeam. John makes sure that Craig's RealTeam and client websites are kept up to date with the latest information on their home!
Formerly of Miami, John now makes his home in Hubert, North Carolina with his wife, two children, and their grandparents, who also moved to this area.
